At Northpath Guides, our goal is to provide high-quality digital meditations and resources that support emotional healing, grounding, and self-awareness. Because our products are delivered instantly as downloadable audio files, all sales are final.

Digital Products

Once a purchase is completed and the files are made available for download, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This policy exists because digital goods cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical products.

Technical Issues

If you experience a problem accessing or downloading your purchase — for example, a broken link or corrupted file — please contact us at info@northpathguides.com within 7 days of purchase. We’ll verify your order and make sure you receive a working copy of your files as quickly as possible.

Accidental Purchases

If you believe you made a purchase by mistake and have not yet downloaded the files, please reach out immediately at info@northpathguides.com. In some cases, we may be able to help before the download is completed.
